    本世纪以来，在气候变化、化石能源枯竭的形势下，欧洲一些发达国家在开发新能源及其技术方面风头强劲、日新月异：英国将风能列为新能源利用之重；德国促使太阳能进入寻常百姓家；法国视核能为发展的“历史性机遇”；挪威不遗余力的深入研发海上风能及二氧化碳捕获与封存技术（CCS）；等等，在节能减排、保护环境方面做出了十分有益的尝试。
    他山之石可攻玉。从欧洲新能源成功的经验和案例之中，对于我国的能源发展是否有所启示，能够汲取可供借鉴的经验呢？8月15日，达尔问自然求知社自然大学邀请曾连续七届获得由世界自然基金会、能源基金会和北京地球村环境教育中心授予“能源之星”的获奖记者、多次出访欧洲的《科技日报》国际部主任记者华凌为您一一解答。

    Since the 21st century, under the situation of climate changing and fossil energy exhausted, some developed countries in Europe have been in a strong uptrend on terms of exploiting new energy and its technology aspects: the British regarded wind energy as central point in new energy strategies; Germany promote solar energy into the citizens home; France take nuclear energy as "historical opportunity"; Norway spare no effort in further development of floating and offshore wind power and carbon capture and storage technology (CCS); and so on, with a very good attempting to energy saving and environmental protection.
 
    Stones from Mount Other could be used on working jades. Shall we broad our view and gain an apocalypse from the successful cases and experience in Europe of new energy for China? To answer these questions, Natural University are very honor to invited Ms. Hualing, a senior journalist from international Dept. of Science and Technology Daily, as speaker on August 15. She have been visited Europe many time and awarded "energy star" award-winning journalist seven times by the World Wildlife Fund, the Energy Foundation and the Beijing Global Village Environmental Education Center.
